Student Reviews
#1 Semester 2 2021
Very harsh marking but the course organisation was fantastic and all necessary content was covered on the slides and in the lectures. If you do not enjoy research assessments involving creating your own contention and not being given much guidance as how to answer then you may not want to choose this as the research assignment is with 40% and some students struggled with the assignment because of how broad and open to student interpretation it was.
#2 Semester 2 2020
It was very well structured and logically. There were not that many contentious areas and if you were able to apply case law and legislation easily then this would be an easy subject. This was probably one of the only law subjects I could genuinely say I learnt from which I enjoyed.
